This story goes back 75years. Mr D’Cunha’s zeal to serve our newborn nation made him choose education as the ideal tool for social reformation & empowerment, all of which free India was in dire need of.
Rose Manor is an institution that embodies the sublime Mission and Vision of the D’Cunha household. It has always enjoyed the status of being a much sought-after school and now matches the model of schools of the 21st century. This year Rose Manor is celebrating the 75th year since its inception.
Being torch-bearers of education runs in the family. The school has grown under the able administration of the Late Ms Eula D’Cunha, daughter, and Ms Mary Rose Nazareth, granddaughter, of the Late Marcel D’Cunha. The school enjoys the unstinting support of the parents and the community that this temple of learning serves.
As a fledgling school, Rose Manor Garden was one of the very few schools affiliated with the Indian Council of Secondary Education ( ICSE ). It then transitioned into a school affiliated with the State Board ( SSC ). Relentless hard work underlies the creation of this niche school that now runs the ( IGCSE ) curriculum, under a new name Rose Manor International. The school celebrates its seven-year milestone this year imparting Cambridge International Education.
